Shipping Info
Domestic
Our shipping info within New Zealand is as follows:
- $8.00 NZ Urban
- $11.00 NZ Rural
- $15.00 Great Barrier Island (Rural, Courier)
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. If we can't dispatch your order within 2 business days we will contact you to discuss.
For custom orders, we will confirm an estimated shipping date but this is normally 3-4 weeks.
Please let us know immediately if you believe there is an issue with your order.
Once your order has been shipped you are not able to cancel your order. Unfortunately we are not able to take returns.
International
We ship to Australia using NZ Post Courier service. At this time we cannot ship items over the value of $250 NZD for insurance reasons. Any import charges/taxes/levies will be for your account.
Economy Tracked (3-10 working days) : $20 NZD
Local pick up
We do not offer local pickup at this time.
