Pricing Information
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Credit or debit card
- Direct bank deposit
Custom Orders
To help us source the perfect yarn for your custom knits, we charge a $5 fee per item to help us cover the cost of ordering that for you. Yarn is only ordered after we receive your payment. Please allow 3-4 weeks for custom orders to be made and shipped.
Shipping - Domestic
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within three business days we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date.
For custom orders, we will contact you to confirm an estimated shipping date but this is normally 5-7 working days for dispatch.
Please let us know immediately if you believe there is an issue with your purchase.
Once your order has been shipped you are not able to cancel your order. Unfortunately we are not able to take returns.
Shipping - International
We ship to Australia using NZ Post Courier service. At this time we cannot ship items over the value of $250 NZD for insurance reasons. Any import charges/taxes/levies will be for your account.
- Economy Tracked (3-10 working days) : $30 NZD
- Courier (2-6 working days) : $40 NZD
- Express (1-5 working days) : $80 NZD
Local pick up
We do not offer local pickup at this time.
